We provide redundant hardware and network infrastructure with 24x7 monitoring and management, power back-up with an onsite diesel generator and redundant air conditioning in an environmentally controlled area. Our Carroll-Net Healthy Server Datacenter Back-up will give you peace of mind knowing your data, is secure. We deliver full service check-up and virus screening. Our Datacenter Back-up offers you Superior 3-Way Back-up Service: automatic back-up on your site nightly, remote back-up to our site and archived for five business days at our Datacenter.

This is how our service will work for you. We'll do the backing up of your files nightly at your site and at our Datacenter, and then we will archive the back-up and hold it for five business days. You will be responsible for storing your original copies of your application software. Should you need it, your data will be available to you immediately from the Carroll-Net server we locate at your office. If you are prohibited access to your offices, you will have access to all your data stored at our Datacenter. And should any of your files become infected with a virus, we will alert you and let you know where the file is located so you can quickly remove it. We become a dependable backup resource to you in case of any back-up issue.
